Cheshire | Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
An established main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Cheshire.
Working across a portfolio of Hotels, Care Homes and Industrial Unit projects, you will typically be responsible for 1-2 live projects at any one time, with values of up to £10 million.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and managing CVRs
- Valuations and applications for payment
- Cashflow forecasting and management
- Subcontractor procurement and account management
- Cost control and project reporting
- Managing final accounts
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction sector
- Proven ability to manage projects up to £10m
- Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Salary:
Up to £60,000 - Car Allowance
