Volker Stevin, part of the Volker Wessels UK group, is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial team on projects around Warrington/Macclesfield. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee tendering, procurement, subcontract management, and dispute mitigation to maximise project value.
The role requires a senior QS with RICS/CIOB/ICES accreditation or equivalent, proven leadership, and a track record of delivering contracts on time and within budget.
