Location: Brighton and Hove
Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a Commercial Manager in Lichfield to lead the commercial delivery on high-value fit-out projects, with a salary of £65,000-£70,000 plus excellent benefits. You will own tender through final account, manage project costs, procure subcontractors and build strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.
A minimum of 5 years in interior fit-out with a principal contractor is required.
