Location: Brighton and Hove
The People Pod is seeking a Construction Planner to support a growing residential portfolio across regions. You will develop, maintain and monitor detailed construction programmes from pre‑construction to completion, ensuring alignment with milestones and realistic progress.
You will collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers and commercial teams, identify risks early, and keep programmes coordinated. Asta Power project proficiency and strong planning experience are essential.
