You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering and estimating through to procurement, commercial management and final accounts, working on projects typically ranging from £25k to £4m.

This role is unlikely to suit someone whose experience is purely residential.
Why join? This is a business where your contribution will be visible.
You’ll join a committed, long‑standing team within an established company, while also having the opportunity to play a key role in its next stage of growth.
- Genuine responsibility and autonomy.
- Exposure to both estimating and commercial management.
- Direct involvement with senior management.
- The opportunity to influence project profitability and new contract wins.
- A supportive, non‑corporate working environment.

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, resilient, results‑oriented and commercially sharp, but equally a team…
