Level 3 Teaching Assistant

The Role

Aspire People are currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within a busy and welcoming primary school environment.

This role will involve delivering targeted intervention sessions and supporting pupils who require additional help with literacy, numeracy and confidence within the classroom.

• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
• Delivering structured small group interventions in English and Maths
• Supporting pupils who require additional academic support
• Helping to close learning gaps and build pupil confidence
• Assisting teachers with preparing resources and classroom activities
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Monitoring pupil progress and reporting feedback to the teacher

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience supporting pupils in a primary school
• Strong understanding of literacy and numeracy development
• Ability to support pupils with a range of learning needs
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to supporting learning
