Location: Brighton and Hove
Nudge Education is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings.
This role is community-based, outside traditional classrooms, focusing on safe, engaging learning experiences and close collaboration with families, professionals, and regional teams. You will monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, and complete risk assessments.
