We are currently recruiting for an Inclusion Support Practitioner (ISP) to work alongside our teachers to support children to bethe best they can be through a range of activities and interventions. As a Inclusion Support Practitioner (ISP) you can specialise in one of our additionalresource provisions or work across year groups and phases in the mainstreamsetting.

Against aback ground of increasing complexity of special and pastoral needs, EMATreviewed the traditional classroom based support staff to better meet the needsof our students. This led to the creation of the Inclusion Support Practitioner role, designed to enhance teaching and learning by:

• Supporting consistently high expectations and standards in every classroom
• Enthusing, engaging, and motivating students to achieve their best
• Building trust and confidence inboth students and colleagues

In thisrole, you will be trained to be able to work more proactively and independently, providing targeted support to a range of students both with and without specific needs, adapting learning, and leading small group orone-to-one interventions.
