** The Role

*** Stanbridge Primary School are seeking dedicated and reliable Lunch break Supervisors to join their hard-working and supportive staff team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety, welfare, and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period.
** The successful candidates will:
** Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude. Demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also capable of using initiative. Have excellent communication skills. Maintain warmth, care, and full commitment to children's safety and wellbeing. Consistently maintain a calm approach in interactions with children. Support the school's approach to outdoor play, embracing our 'whatever the weather' ethos. Act as a vital link between children, lunch break staff, and other school staff.

Be willing to fully participate in training and professional development Adhere strictly to standards of confidentiality.

** Fluency Duty
** This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
