New Whittington Primary School is looking to appoint a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to help create a safe, happy, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.

About the Role As a Midday Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring children are safe, well-supported, and engaged during the lunchtime period. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas while promoting positive behaviour and encouraging inclusive play.

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime, both indoors and outdoors.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all children at all times.
• Encourage positive behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
• Support children in the dining hall and promote good table manners.
• Organise and encourage safe, inclusive play activities.
• Respond appropriately to minor accidents and report any concerns.
• Work effectively as part of the school team to provide a positive lunchtime experience.

• Is caring, patient, and approachable.
• Has good communication and teamwork skills.
• Can remain calm and confident in a busy environment.
