Demand Forecasting Team Lead (Energy Trading)
This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll own and evolve demand forecasting across power and gas, provide traders with actionable insight, and build a high-performing forecasting function that supports trading, risk, and commercial decisions.

London, England, United Kingdom
- Leading and developing a team of forecasting analysts
- Owning power & gas demand forecasts
, with scope across renewables and PPAs - Translating data-driven insights into clear trading actions
- Driving forecasting innovation, systems, and automation alongside trading & data teams
- 3+ years’ experience in energy demand forecasting
- Proven experience leading or mentoring analytical teams
- Strong Python & SQL capability
- Deep understanding of power and gas markets
