Our portfolio includes standout projects such as Cardiff Wharf and the Royal Clarence Hotel redevelopment in Exeter, along with schemes in residential, high-rise developments, education, industrial, and commercial sectors.

• Leading and supporting the design and delivery of civil engineering projects
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure schemes
• Producing and reviewing detailed designs, drawings, and technical reports
• Engaging with clients, contractors, and local authorities
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to a culture of knowledge-sharing

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in highways or drainage design (or both!)
• Proficiency in design software such as Civil 3D, Micro Drainage, or similar
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
