Step aboard our Split Hopper Barge fleet in the United Kingdom as our new Barge Engineer to oversee critical ballasting and stability operations. You will manage precise tank levels, handle routine maintenance, and keep offshore projects running safely. Ready to anchor your career with us?
Function Description- As a key Barge Engineer, you will maintain vessel stability and precise ballasting operations across our UK fleet.
- Navigate daily technical challenges by executing routine maintenance and monitoring onboard marine systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Master and deck crew to drive seamless, efficient offshore operations.
- Handle critical safety drills and emergency response protocols with absolute precision at sea.
- Oversee full compliance with rigorous maritime and environmental regulations on every shift.

- Proven experience as a Barge Engineer or in a similar rank
- Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position
- Experience working onboard dredgers or offshore vessels is an advantage
- CoC III/2 or Higher
- Valid UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP) is mandatory
