Location: Brighton and Hove
Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton is recruiting a permanent, full-time adviser to join the new Consumer Energy Debt Advice (CEDA) service. The role is primarily telephone-based, with potential for webchat delivery in the future, delivering tailored debt advice to clients with energy debt.
You will work in a trauma-informed, client-centred team, handling high volumes, accurately recording casework and ensuring advice complies with FCA, MaPS, and Advice Quality Standards.
