Corporate Tax Manager

Location: Brighton and Hove

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join the specialist tax advisory team of a well-established, independent accountancy firm in the Brighton.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on business acquisitions, disposals, mergers, demergers and corporate restructures

• Providing guidance on share buybacks, share-for-share exchanges and tax-efficient profit extraction

• Advising on EMI, EIS/SEIS and other tax-advantaged share schemes

• Delivering tax valuations, R&D tax relief, Creative Industries reliefs, Capital Allowances and intangible asset advice

• Collaborating with private client specialists on shareholder and owner tax matters

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Contributing to the growth and development of the corporate tax practice

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified

• Minimum five years' corporate tax advisory experience

• Strong technical knowledge with excellent commercial awareness

• Confident managing client relationships and communicating complex tax matters clearly
