Location: Brighton and Hove
Andesite Partners, a leading private equity investor, seeks an M&A Director to drive the buy-and-build strategy for a UK industrial services platform. The role sits at the center of origination, execution and strategic development, reporting to the sponsor and management team.
You will build a proprietary target pipeline across the UK and Europe, lead transactions through valuation, due diligence and completion, and partner with management to prioritise integrations and synergies.
