We have an exciting opportunity within our busy and dynamic Waste Management team for a full-time Contract Officer position (37 hours per week).
You will be responsible for a range of contract management activities,from supporting contract development and implementation to monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiencies. This includes close liaison with contractors, managing key performance indicators, and ensuring excellent customer service. A key aspect of the role involves data analysis and reporting, using systems like the Council's CRM to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
This is a fixed term position for 12 months
