Location: Hove
Tillo is seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations to mature our Rev Ops function during a growth phase. You will report to the CIO and work with SMT, shaping how Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding prioritise to enable our revenue architecture.
Since expanding from a single person to a five‑strong Rev Ops team, the role focuses on depth, business partnering, and defining good Rev Ops practices across geographies and currencies. This is a clear path to Director level as the business scales.
