Job Title: Service Now CSM Implementation Consultant
Location: UK based (remote)
Salary/Rate: £350-400 per day inside IR35
Start Date: 3-4 weeks
Job Type: Initial 6 month contract

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Service Now CSM Implementation Consultant to join their team on a remote basis.

You will be responsible for configuring and implementing Service Now CSM solutions, collaborating with technical teams, supporting upgrades and integrations, and ensuring best practices and governance standards are followed within an Agile environment.

• Configure and customise the Service Now platform during Agile sprints.
• Partner with Platform Administrators and development teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
• Share technical knowledge, best practices, and platform governance standards with stakeholders.
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, integrations, and ongoing optimisation activities.
• Ensure adherence to Service Now development and implementation best practices.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Technical Consulting experience on the Service Now platform.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring Service Now CSM solutions.
• Experience with Service Now platform customisation, workflows, business rules, integrations, and case management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
