** Job Description**## Overview  We’re looking for a Digital Lab Lead to shape and grow our immersive technology capabilities across Nuclear EMEA.This is an opportunity to bring together people, technology and ideas, helping our teams and clients use immersive environments to improve collaboration, project delivery, training and innovation across the nuclear sector.

You’ll lead three connected areas: developing our Immersive Rooms as a Service offering for clients, shaping the strategy and operating model for our Digital Labs and immersive spaces, and leading our Digital Lab Technician community.

Working with colleagues, clients and technology partners, you’ll help turn emerging digital capabilities into practical solutions that create meaningful experiences and commercial value.## Your Role  As Digital Lab Lead, you’ll provide strategic direction while staying connected to how our immersive environments are used and developed in practice.

You’ll:  
* Shape and grow our client-facing Immersive Rooms as a Service offering, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities where immersive technology can add value.
* Work with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into practical digital solutions across project delivery, operations, training, stakeholder engagement, asset management and digital twins.
* Lead the Nuclear EMEA Digital Labs strategy and roadmap, helping establish consistent standards, governance and ways of working across our locations.
* Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities to strengthen our immersive capabilities and client offering.
* Develop repeatable services, methodologies and approaches, using insight and feedback to understand their effectiveness.
* Facilitate engaging workshops that bring people together to explore use cases, technology options and potential solutions.
* Support bids, proposals, business development and the delivery of client immersive-room solutions from concept through to adoption.
* Lead and develop our Digital Lab Technician community, supporting career development, collaboration, knowledge sharing and consistent ways of working.
* Help create welcoming, high-quality experiences across our Digital Labs for colleagues, project teams and clients.
* Connect our Nuclear Digital Labs with the wider global Lava Lab community, sharing ideas, learning and best practice.## About You  You don’t need to match every requirement perfectly.
