Care Home Manager

We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager in a smashing home in the Brighton & Hove area. This warm and friendly home has a dedicated team of highly trained staff who provide residential care to 20 older people.

We are looking for someone special to take over the day to day running of the home from the current Manager who is retiring after 12 years service. The home is well regarded in the local area and is rated GOOD by the CQC.

To be considered:

Registered Managers Award, Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.

Previous successful experience of managing a care home.

Thorough working knowledge of CQC and other regulatory requirements/standards, DoLS, Safeguarding etc.

Lead, motivate and retain staff.
