Practice Manager

Overview

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Practice Manager. Supporting our team, you will lead our team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include overseeing practice standards, HR, payroll, financial planning, building maintenance, and project management. Youll work closely with IVC Evidensia’s Area Support team, attending meetings with neighboring practices to collaborate and promote learning and development.

• Lead the daily operation of the practice in collaboration with the team
• Oversee practice standards, HR, payroll, and financial planning
• Manage building maintenance and project management
• Collaborate with IVC Evidensias Area Support team; attend meetings with neighboring practices

• Strong management and leadership skills; training and support will be provided as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively solve problems
• Ability to foster a positive and efficient workplace for staff and clients
• Valid driving license for attendance at internal meetings and travel between sites

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year
