General Manager

Ideally situated between St. Mary’s Church and the square, The Old Coffee Tavern is the perfect place to gather and enjoy local products from real ales and craft beers to meat cooked over the robata grill and the best Sunday Roast in Warwick.

We’re currently on the lookout for a Superstar General Manager.

More about the Role:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.

Our Ideal Requirements:

• proven experience as a General Manager in a similar venue is highly desirable
• lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
• manage budgets, monitor the site’s financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability
• a notable interest in fantastic food,cocktails, wine and beer
• great attention to detail, high standards and exceptional customer service skills
• develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special events and promotions
• a proven track record of effective organisation and planning
• a can-do, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to multi-task
