Nelsons is seeking a capable Night Shift Team Leader to manage a small production crew for Spatone products. You’ll ensure GMP compliance, accuracy in documentation, and effective delegation in the absence of the Team Leader, while maintaining high-quality standards.
On a 12-month fixed-term contract, you’ll work 10pm–6am, Monday–Friday, with a 30% shift enhancement and training paid at standard rate. The role supports a growing digital transformation within a historic UK manufacturer.
