The Medical Centre, Doncaster, a city centre practice serving around 6,400 patients, is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our nurse-led team. You will work alongside GPs, Nurse Prescribers, Practice Nurses, HCA and Pharmacy Technicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
You will assess, diagnose and treat patients autonomously, order tests, interpret results and manage care plans in line with NHS guidelines.
