Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Coordinator
. This is a full-time, permanent position with our Brighton Marina-based lettings team. The standard work week is Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm with some Saturday working.

Let's talk about the role.

• Play an active role in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, consistently adhering to a results-driven mindset.
• Manage all aspects of tenancy progression including referencing, negotiating tenancy terms and liaising with all key stakeholders.
• Ensuring all tenancies proceed in a compliant manner with careful attention to detail.
• Collection of pre-tenancy monies and payments, whilst coordinating and managing high volumes of applications.
• Manage all facets of appointment coordination, encompassing pre-appointment confirmations and the systematic collection of post-appointment feedback.
• Assisting in the marketing of properties, liaising with clients and obtaining necessary documentation for each tenancy.
• Maintaining focus of individual and team targets for performance and contributing toward shared goals.
