Senior/Lead Scientist - Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) Modeler

Europe/UK, Europe 1

Full-Time

Are you a driven and intellectually curious scientist with a passion for mechanistic modeling and simulation in drug development? Do you enjoy solving complex biological problems using quantitative approaches and influencing key decisions across the development pipeline? This role offers the opportunity to do just that within a fast-growing, high-impact scientific environment.

Vantage Research is a Contract Research Organization focused on the exciting and evolving field of Modeling & Simulation for Drug Development. Our scientific work spans multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology, Immunology & Inflammation, Neuro-degenerative and Ophthalmology diseases, Metabolic disorders such as Diabetes and Weight-loss, among others.

We are a science-first, high-performance team that builds mechanistic, physiology-based models to address critical questions across discovery, translational, and clinical stages. Working closely with global pharmaceutical and biotech partners, we aim to deliver insights that directly inform decision-making. As we continue to grow, we are looking for scientific leaders who are excited to take ownership and shape the future of our modeling capabilities.

To support our expanding portfolio, we are seeking a Senior/Lead Scientist - QSP Modeler to drive the design, development, and application of multi-scale mechanistic PK/PD and Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) models.

Role type: Remote role based out of EU//UK

Why Join Us

Join Vantage Research to work on cutting-edge drug development problems and challenges through modeling, influencing key decisions across programs. Take full ownership of projects from problem definition to delivery while working closely with leading global pharma and biotech clients. Build and scale mechanistic models across modalities and biological levels, and contribute to internal platforms that extend beyond individual programs. Be part of a fast-growing, science-driven team that values rigor, curiosity, and execution, with strong opportunities for growth, leadership, and meaningful impact in a flexible, outcome-driven environment.

You will also benefit from flexible work hours and a remote office policy that prioritizes people over process, an attractive package, and a dedicated budget for conferences. We offer a working environment where your contributions make a real difference, with strong emphasis on ownership, autonomy, participation, and long-term career growth.
