As a Business Development Graduate
, you’ll be the CEO of your own territory
, managing client relationships and driving sales. Your week will be split between:

• 3 field-based days
  :
  Visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals.
• 2 office-based days
  :
  Prospecting new business opportunities and building on existing customer relationships alongside your team.

You’ll start with an intensive training programme combining classroom learning and on-the-job mentoring. As you grow, you’ll continue to benefit from structured development in sales, leadership, and management
—with every manager at KEYENCE promoted from within.

• Starting Salary: £33,000 + location allowance
• Quarterly Bonus: Minimum £5,000 in Year 1 (guaranteed)
