Epic opportunity to join this category-leading FMCG manufacturer, driving field performance and point-of-sale execution across major retail channels.
With household-name brands, nationwide manufacturing reach, and major growth ambitions, this business combines scale and resource with an agile, collaborative culture. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this high-impact role acts as the critical bridge between Sales, Trade Marketing, Category, and external field sales agency partners to maximize ROI on in-store execution.
The remit is broad and empowered – from defining annual field strategies across Grocery, Convenience, Wholesale, and Ireland to managing field agency KPIs, tracking EPOS data, and driving NPD distribution and POS compliance.
Background-wise – if you’re an experienced FMCG commercial professional with 5+ years in field sales leadership, agency management, and strong EPOS/data analysis capabilities, we’re going to want to talk to you!
