Your responsibilities will include:
- Take full accountability for achieving the £5m annual sales target.
- Develop clear regional sales plans, forecasts and growth strategies.
- Lead the identification, targeting and acquisition of high-value new customers.
- Build and maintain a strong network of senior decision-makers and commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team, where applicable.
- Regularly review individual and team performance and implement improvement plans where required.
- Manage the commercial performance of the region, balancing revenue growth with profitable sales
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery of new business.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven senior sales/business development experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding significant sales targets.
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- Full UK drivers Licence
