The Role As an Telesales Executive, you’ll speak directly with prospective clients, understand their goals and introduce them to opportunities within the premium whisky investment market. Working with all types of leads including inbound and outbound inquiries, you’ll develop your ability to build rapport, identify client requirements and confidently guide prospects through the sales process. From your first conversation through to closing the deal, you’ll receive ongoing coaching and support while developing valuable skills in:
Consultative selling Communication and relationship building Negotiation and objection handling Client management Product knowledge Closing and converting opportunities This is a performance-driven role where your ambition, consistency and results can have a direct impact on your earning potential and progression. Confident and professional communicators Telesales or Door to Door Sales experience Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone Motivated by targets, achievement and financial rewards Resilient and able to handle challenges Competitive, determined and hungry to succeed Experienced in telesales or another target-driven environment Commercially minded and eager to learn Passionate about delivering an excellent client experience Looking to build a genuine long-term career in sales Previous knowledge of whisky or whisky investment isn’t required.
