Cafcass is recruiting Children’s Social Workers, known as Family Court Advisers (FCAs), to advocate for children in private and public law family court proceedings. The role spans Private Law, Public Law, or converged teams, with flexible working across office, home, courts and schools.
You will complete assessments for children, apply risk assessment and mediation, and collaborate with authorities to secure the child’s best interests.
