We are looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated Animation Programmer to join us working on AAA games.

• Designs, develops, implements, documents and tests systems and game code.
• Has expert knowledge of modern animation programming techniques such as blend graphs, real‑time IK solutions, animation compression and motion matching.
• Works with animators, riggers and other team members in pursuit of quality.
• Helps to develop and implement technical design specifications.
• Tests and refines gameplay features throughout the development cycle of the project.
• Participates in team‑based code reviews to help raise code quality.

• A thorough understanding of animation pipelines used in modern game engines such as Unreal and Maya.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Passion for driving overall animation quality of the studio forwards.
• A few years’ experience working in the video games industry.
• Used Unreal Engine professionally.
• Worked in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of industry‑standard development tools: source control, asset pipelines, issue tracking.
• Used continuous integration and build automation at work.
• Experience with low‑level optimisation, shader programming, physics, or mathematics.
