* Designs, develops, implements, documents and tests systems and game code.
* Has expert knowledge of modern animation programming technicians such as blend graphs, real-time IK solutions, animation compression and motion matching.
* Works with animators, riggers and other team members in pursuit of quality.
* Helps to develop and implement technical design specifications.
* Tests and refines gameplay features throughout the development cycle of the project.
* Participates in team-based code reviews to help raise code quality.

Things we'd love to see from you:
* A thorough understanding of animation pipelines used in modern game engines such as Unreal and Maya.
* Proficiency in C++.
* Passion for driving overall animation quality of the studio forwards.
* A few years’ experience working in the video games industry.
* Used Unreal Engine professionally.
* Worked in an Agile development environment.
* Knowledge of industry standard development tools: source control, asset pipelines, issue tracking.
* Used continuous integration and build automation at work.
