Location: Brighton and Hove
JM&Co Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager for a fast-growing consumer goods business with UK and European reach. You will own the warehouse, inventory, fulfilment and international logistics, lead a hands-on team and drive process improvements.
You will ensure accurate picking, packing, dispatch, stock records in ERP, cycle counts, and liaison with freight forwarders and couriers.
