• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answer questions regarding customers’ policies.

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first‑rate customer experience.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
