Infant Toddler Teacher Wanted!

We're seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing and educational environment for our little explorers.
Responsibilities- Educational Adventures:
Create a captivating classroom environment where toddlers can learn and play while adhering to early childhood education best practices. - Creative Curriculum:
Plan and execute daily activities that support toddlers' physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language development using our curriculum. - Inclusivity Champion:
Tailor activities to meet the needs of children with special requirements, helping them shine. - Caring Atmosphere:
Foster a warm and respectful environment where toddlers can thrive, encouraging their independence, responsibility, and dreams. - Family Connection:
Build relationships through home visits and parent-teacher conferences. - Compliance:
Follow all safety, supervision, and health policies and procedures. - Child Safety:
Supervise and engage with children to ensure their safety and well-being, working closely with other teachers. - Growth Support:
Support children in developing appropriate behaviors individually and in groups. - Development Promotion:
Enhance physical, social/emotional, cognitive, and language development through appropriate curriculum. - Positive Environment:
Maintain a classroom environment characterized by positive, warm, caring, and respectful interactions. - Child Advocacy:
Respond to children's emotional, physical, and educational needs, fostering autonomy and expression. - Learning Support:
Collaborate with teachers to engage children in activities and maintain a stimulating learning environment. - Bilingual Support:
Encourage dual-language learning, recognizing bilingualism as a strength. - Nature Engagement:
Promote learning through interaction with the natural environment. - Inclusivity Assistance:
Help implement activities suitable for children with IFSPs and IEPs. - Linguistic Role Model:
Use proper grammar, maintain appropriate voice levels, and speak clearly. - Nutrition & Safety:
Follow CACFP rules, ensure sanitation during meals, and support family-style meal service. - Physical Support:
Assist with caregiving tasks such as lifting children, diaper changes, feeding, and floor activities.

RequirementsQualifications: Possession of the Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required, with experience and training in toddler development. Candidates willing to attain the Infant/Toddler CDA within six months are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s permit within one month of hire. Ability to work with children with special needs and limited English; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
