E. Bromley Ln., Brighton, Colorado. This full‑time role combines teller and financial services representative (FSR) responsibilities to deliver exceptional customer service in a branch setting.

Summary / Objectives

The Universal Banker serves as the single point of contact for customers, handling transactions, account management, and relationship building to contribute to the bank’s financial growth.

Essential Functions

• Processes savings, checking, and loan transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provides self‑service options, vault and safe deposit access, and ATM support.
• Opens new deposit accounts and manages stop payments, wires, and other maintenance services.
• Builds customer relationships, performs referrals, and expands cross‑sell opportunities.
• Adheres to banking regulations, branch security, audit procedures, and data integrity.
• Mentors and assists in training new tellers.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of teller or cash handling experience and six months of customer relationship building or sales experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of teller and FSR job functions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Previous banking experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for long periods.
• Interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, cash denominations.

Work Environment

This position is located in an open lobby area with an individual workstation inside a climate‑controlled facility. Break rooms and rest areas are available during scheduled breaks.

Travel

Travel may be required for meetings or training.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $37,579 – $56,369, based on qualifications and experience.
