E. Bromley Ln., Brighton, Colorado. This full‑time role combines teller and financial services representative (FSR) responsibilities to deliver exceptional customer service in a branch setting.
Summary / Objectives
The Universal Banker serves as the single point of contact for customers, handling transactions, account management, and relationship building to contribute to the bank’s financial growth.
Essential Functions
- Processes savings, checking, and loan transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provides self‑service options, vault and safe deposit access, and ATM support.
- Opens new deposit accounts and manages stop payments, wires, and other maintenance services.
- Builds customer relationships, performs referrals, and expands cross‑sell opportunities.
- Adheres to banking regulations, branch security, audit procedures, and data integrity.
- Mentors and assists in training new tellers.
Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of teller or cash handling experience and six months of customer relationship building or sales experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of teller and FSR job functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Previous banking experience preferred.

- All assigned Regulatory Compliance Training
- Acknowledgement of all policies via Docu Sign as assigned
Physical Demands
- Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for long periods.
- Interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, cash denominations.
Work Environment
This position is located in an open lobby area with an individual workstation inside a climate‑controlled facility. Break rooms and rest areas are available during scheduled breaks.
Travel
Travel may be required for meetings or training.
Compensation
Annual salary range: $37,579 – $56,369, based on qualifications and experience.
