We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Brighton, CO
. You’ll work one-on-one with patients to help them regain independence and improve their daily living skills through evidence-based care.

• Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
• Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical expertise
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

• A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado.
• Proven experience in home health or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.
• A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
