Join a leading clinician-led behavioral health company today! Opti Mind Health (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate group therapists to join our team. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, with a focus on serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment since 2016. The practice aims to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting clinical staff in all aspects of their work.

ResponsibilitiesThe group psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model patient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches, including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC). OMH values clinical relationships across provider levels and believes this coordinated approach provides high-quality care to patients.
PICK YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!
- Daytime and evening group leadership are needed.
- Typically, groups run Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with potential weekend or later evening hours for group therapy.
- Focus on providing group therapy without on-call responsibilities; back-office support handles billing, collections, messaging, and other matters.
Each clinician is responsible for clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions; after completion, the support team handles other tasks so your time is spent with patients. There are no on-call requirements beyond your own patients.

Education & LicensureCompletion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Colorado is required, with the ability to practice independently.
