Join our production team and play a crucial role in the assembly of Nacelles.
In this position, you will be tasked with assembling fabricated parts at designated floor stations. Utilize your skills in handling mechanical components and employ a variety of pneumatic hand tools and power tools to construct high‑quality nacelle units efficiently.
- Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime hours may be available on Fridays.
- Night Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 pm to 3:30 am with a $3/hour differential.
What does a Nacelle Assembly Technician do?
- Efficiently assemble components using both hand and power tools.
- Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to Process Work Instructions and manual production processes, ensuring parts fit and are assembled correctly—including bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings.
- Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame.
- Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed.
- Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation.
- Interpret schematics to accurately assemble machine components.
- Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product.
- Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our standards of uniformity and quality.

What are we looking for in an Assembly Technician?
- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Familiarity with standard power and hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Pay: $23.50 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)
