Production Manager, Operations Engineer

Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence? Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations.
Responsibilities- Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals.
- Act as Incident Commander during emergencies.
- Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes.
- Ensure procedures are followed and updated.
- Coach and evaluate team members to build a high‑performance culture.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis and reliability reviews.
- Support continuous improvement and plant optimization.
- Perform technician duties when needed.
- Identify training needs and support development initiatives.
- 5+ years in chemical plant operations.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem‑solving skills to improve plant performance.
- Experience with SAP maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus.
2:00 pm – 10:30 pm MST
Salary Range$85,000 – $95,000 per year
