Forklift Operator

• Operate a forklift and other equipment in the performance of tasks related to the receipt and shipment of raw materials, operating supplies and finished product.
• Pull finished products from inventory and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Select, pack, and wrap products for delivery.
• Receive and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse.
• Verify shipments and materials against bills of lading and report discrepancies.
• Use barcode scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as needed.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Set up, monitor, and operate bulk transfers according to SOPs.
• Haz‑WOPER certified (Emergency response team).
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $25-$26 per hour

Work Hours (rotating weekly): 6:00 am‑2:30 pm, 7:00 am‑3:30 pm and 7:30 am‑4:00 pm MST

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to read and understand written documents in English.
• Willingness to complete forklift certification training (company‑provided).
• Ability to lift up to 74 lbs. repeatedly during your shift.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work the required shift schedule.
