Supervisor, Production Nights Job Details | Vestas
Lead people in the Nacelles, Hub, and Drive Train lines to produce safely quality focused products to meet customer demand.
Base Pay Range$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work.
- Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures.
- Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance with the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports.
- Address complaints, concerns, and ideas for continuous improvement.
- Support company and manager directions. Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution.
- Associate’s Degree, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years’ experience leading people in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident gathering tools. Ability to lead people. Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members. Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment.
