Production Shift Supervisor

• Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals.
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies.
• Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes.
• Ensure procedures are followed and updated.
• Coach and evaluate team members to build a high‑performance culture.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and reliability reviews.
• Support continuous improvement and plant optimization.
• Perform technician duties when needed.
• Identify training needs and support development initiatives.

• 5+ years in chemical plant operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills to improve plant performance.
• Experience with SAP maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus.

$85,000 – $95,000 per year
