About this role:Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Cardiology Clinic at Platte Valley Hospital. The selected candidate will partner with 4 general and interventional cardiologists and 3 APPs to help deliver exceptional care to cardiology patients in both and inpatient and outpatient setting.
- You would practice at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, CO
- You would work 4 ten hour shift on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
- No call or weekends
- Work with an experienced staff of general and interventional cardiologists
- Inpatient rounding and clinic work split about 50/50

What you'll bring:We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, required
- Valid license/certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado or able to obtain, required
- DEA and full prescriptive authority, required
- BLS and ACLS, required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP or PA working in an inpatient or outpatient cardiology setting, required
