• Assessing and monitoring the health of pediatric patients.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for pediatric patients.
• Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Responding to emergencies and providing immediate care as needed.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

• Associate degree in Nursing (RN).
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience in pediatric nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of pediatric health conditions and treatments.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
