• Schedule :
  Full-time positions available with various shifts.
• AM Shift : 6 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm
• PM Shift : 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am, 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Assist residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of well-being.
• Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and care teams for personalized care.
• Maintain safety standards and clinical best practices.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license.
• Long-term care experience is advantageous but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
