Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, evidence-based care to critically ill patients across multiple units, utilizing advanced assessment, clinical judgment, and therapeutic interventions. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists, to deliver safe and compassionate care in high-acuity environments.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, responding promptly to changes in condition.
• Manage complex needs with specialized therapies and critical interventions.
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
• Support patient education, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Valid RN license with a minimum of one year of critical or acute care experience.
• BSN degree is required; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills.

• Ability to float across units, handle complex equipment, and assist with patient transfers.
