American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a CO or compact RN license and at least 1 year of specialty experience.

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, five 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours/week)
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
• May be required to take on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
• Uses Epic for charting

• Active RN license (CO or compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification as appropriate for the unit or service
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the cardiac cath lab specialty required
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Epic charting experience required

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including health teaching and counseling
• Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans and refer patients as needed for further evaluation
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Returning staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
